Spacer that sits under rear strut brace

I have a set of them (left and right) that i bought new a few years ago, still good condition, the gold/yellow zinc has gone more a silver, i have a small bracket for a engine lid strut on top of it, dunno if there's marks under it until i pull it off, but deff not rusty like that one in your pic
