    Lucky you! Nothing beats the old clips of Austin Healeys flying around the roads of Monte Carlo Rally.

    He never stop looking for it since it was lost. Now, he finally found it after 42 years of searching. He thought he would most likely never see it again. But sometimes truth is stranger than fiction. Bob and his vehicle were recently reunited in California.

    I had a motorbike stolen many years ago. Three weeks after it was stolen it threaded between my car and another at the traffic lights in Annandale..
     
    My six foot 5 brother in law jumped out and grabbed the guy before the lights changed to green. Very flukey meeting and a big surprise for the "temporary" owner. Was before compulsory helmerts and his long hair made a convenient grab handle. My wet weather gear was still  in a bag on the carrier rack. Only damage was that the ignition wires had all been cut from the ignition switch and all wired together. Long before mobile phones. We parked the bike on the roadside and my brother in law held the guy while I drove to the police station and brought them back.

    Crazy story Highlander. My WRX was used in a ram raid & never seen after. Glad I've never heard of it since.

    The article said the vin was filed off. But he said he recognised it. I guess it's easy to recognise a blank vin... Journalists....
