Guys, can i suggest hanging out for the Jetstar 'Friday Frenzy' fares.
Friday 4pm-8pm AEST, jetstar have stupid prices on flights. ONLY for 4 hours! (each week)
I wouldn't be surprised (or rather, i'd expect!) flights from ADL - SYD at about $70. each way.
And August isn't peak travel time, so you could be in luck.
keep an eye out for it!

Yeah 7 of us Mexicans are heading up like last year (4 last year) Stuka is joining us from Tassie too.
We are flying but have hired a minivan and a 2 story place in Parra to stay.

Hey guys
Jetstar have flights Adelaide - Sydney for $79 throughout August.
plenty of cheap morning flights, and a cheap midday Monday flight.
On sale til end of July
Virgin have a sale for $105 til July 3 as well.
Might be better value depending on baggage and taxes and all that other crap that Jetstar seem to love reaming everyone for.
