3sgte Gen 3 Valve cover wanted - Anyone holding onto a spare they don't really need? :)

Hi all,

I am looking to purchase a gen 3 valve cover so that I can have it powder coated and eventually swapped out with the nasty looking painted black one in my car.
Anyone got a spare they don't need???
Happy to pay postage from anywhere in Oz.

Peace out,

Thanks for the offer man, very kind of you :)
I just don't think I'd feel comfortable having to send my painted black one back to you. It doesn't look very pretty at all andit might take me a while to have it coated and installed.

Out of curiosty is yours in original condition? Non painted good condition?

i have one on my at the moment unregistered car which is unpainted good cond. (which is the one i'd sen unless....)

i also have another which has crack from over tightening the bolt down. which i will get round to repiaring soon, unless you know a guy that can weld ally good etc for cheap?

i made a board which i attach to the underside cam cover to in order to stop crap getting into it when i sand blast it and send it off to be powder coated. just need to block off the oil fill PCV and breather holes

Would you consider selling the unpainted good condition one at all?
As much as I think your a bloody legend for offering me yours to coat then send mine back, it kind off puts me in a rush to actually do the coating and get it installed so I can return one to you.
Thankyou anyway man, it feels weird saying no thanks even though its a great offer :)

don't want to sell atm, it's one of the things i'd like to retain a spare off.

what colour do you want it powdercoated? i did mine in black and it only cost me approx $40, if yours is in good nick bar crappy paint job' i'd be sand blasting and PC'ding it when i got it back anyway.
