Are you looking for tge full speedo (ie gauge as well) or just the sensor? Since you have a 91 i'm assuming that the speedo is mechanical, not electric, is that correct?

If it's the actual speedo dial that's not working, hit dylmrt up or check out gorilla industries they've got speedo's that are standard ot TRD if you want a bit more

The SW20 speedo setup was changed from cable driven to electronic after 12-'91.
What month was your car manufactured?
What needs replacing, broken cable, stripped speedo drive gear?
Check out the website below for the correct part numbers for what you need. Manual trans and autos are different.

If you need a drive gear check out Lithia Toyota.

do you know exactly whats wrong with the speedo?
the most common source of speedo cable not working is due to the plastic/resin cable gear tooth breaking off , its an easy fix and the part doesnt cost much at all
i would ask your mechanic to see if the cable drive gear is still in one piece at the gearbox end, most likely it wont be and is probably the cause of your problems.
hope you can fix it without too much hassle and getting ripped off
    cheers
