Plastic Door lever open cups.. drivers side kick panel. RF abs sensor

Plastic Door lever open cups.. drivers side kick panel. RF abs sensor

as the title says.. Im after 2 Black door open plastics. the bits behind the open door lever.. lol 

and a driver side kick panel.  

and a front right ABS sensor? 

basicly.. as you come to a complete stop it sounds like something is zinging and tapping of it head.. and you can feel it feedback through the brake pedal.  whats broken here?  Cheers

    Two'r'us have the plastic door lever cups.

    They are also only about $25ea from Toyota.
