PICTURE UPLOADS - INCREASED SIZE LIMIT

I've changed the size limit for picture uploads. You shouldn't have upload problems anymore.
Note that all uploaded pictures are resized to be no bigger than 1024 pixels wide and the pictures are also compressed.
This is done so that the available storage on the server isn't filled up by massive picture file sizes.
There should be no need to use sites like Imageshack or Photobucket etc anymore.

I keep getting a timeout error  while uploading files, i managed about 13 files with greatest of difficulty, in about 6 or so attempts to upload.

each file around 900kb and i tried about 5 at a time some worked some failed after about 5 mins with a timeout error
ill do a screen shot nextime it happens.
