Seller disappeared...

Just thought I'd post this up as I forgot we had a feedback forum.
I was buying an Ashtray from a member named "TK" back like 2 months ago. He replied saying it broke on transit, and would refund if I wanted. Thinking it's fair, I asked if I could get half back. No replies after that.
Didn't cost too much but guessing after parting out his car, decided to just disappear...
