spray paint clear coat buffer guy in canberra

yesterday was anzac day, great day to go on a drive.
as a result, bird poo'd on my car and the clear coat has peeled off
got to a carwash as soon as i could to spray it down but i guess by then the acid already ate thru
 
is there someone in canberra that can fix this?

    What sort of carwash was it? could have contributed to the delamination of the clear coat, if the bird **** softened it.
