There always two sides (no offence), just being impartial.
But regardless pretty poor effort $2000 mostly in labour charges with no resolution, and little concern by the sounds of it.

Carless again :(

Well scratching your head after is pretty poor form.

Let us know how it goes after a drive. Keep adding coolant too. If it's ok, then you won't be able to add a lot of coolant.

Happy to refer you to someone afterwards. Will even give them a heads up.

Thankyou. Please refer away. Would be a nice change to talk to someone who knows what they are doing.

Ive had this same problem with my 1990 MR2GT... Mine has a cracked head only detectable when its hot, its taken forever to diagnose the problem.. I'm now searching for a replacement head, and hoping to find 1 on here if anyone knows of anywhere or anyone with 1?
