When do you have full boost?

A quick question, on a stock turbo which rpm do you reach full boost?
 
Fourth gear, flat road, ct20b, i am hitting 13psi (stock boost) at 3300rpm.
I have 5 psi at about 2600rpm.
Sounds about right?
 
I am so tempted to wind it up more but i just can bring myself to do it without a dyno run to check a/f is all good.

    Yep sounds about right, but I'm very certain there is some wastegate creep in the stock configuration though, which means boost wont rise so aggressively. You can bring on 'full boost' sooner by running a decent boost controller, as this will keep the wastegate closed until 'full boost'.
    I'll soon find out this weekend when I install my new boost gauge :)

    ^haha yes it will.
    I'll monitor it for a while until my MBC comes, just to see the difference between stock TVSV and full MBC controlled.
    I reckon I can get my faithful CT26 to hit 'full boost' ~10-12 psi at <3000 rpm, considering my other supporting mods, also with the help of my friend Ethanol ;)

    From memory with a 3S based stroker & GT35R 0.86, 20psi @ approx 4500rpm. 4000rpm of fun till I typically change gear on a hoon session.
