I haven't made plans in regards to my set up yet. I've just been buying other parts for the time being. My recent purchase was a CUSCO RS 1.5 way LSD. I guess I'm not in a hurry as I don't drive my car often not to mention I drive like a grandma :). I do want to put my new turbo in soon so I can sell my Blitz K1.

Nice purchase, did your 2 come with factory LSD?

Thanks man. Yes my car was fitted with an LSD from the factory. But Trav thinks my LSD is on its way out. Perhaps the transmission rebuilder didn't check it when the transmission was getting rebuilt back in 2005.

Dunno why you'd smooth the welds on a manifold. Thats just asking for it to crack. Might look hot, I think it'll come back to haunt you in the future. Any eta to have it running?

will have to keep an eye on it then. i hope to have it running end of june, have it tuned and then run it in followed by a tune mapped for full boost and see what kind of curve is achievable

I'd have to agree with Tot, I think you'll end up running into cracking issues, which is always an issue with aftermarket manifolds etc (except the grossly overpriced ones). Who will be tuning it for you?

Oooo make sure keep chasers firmly under your thumb Pat! It's a shame there's no real mr2 tuning specialists in Melbourne. So much easier if you own a gtr or something more common. Goodluck mate, keep us posted!

Recieved the remaining parts for the stroker build at last. Almost seems like a shame to put them in an engine, will get all dirty...

Pistons are forged alloy, rods forged steel.
