Help My 94+ indicator stalk is not working

Hi guys
 
Hoping someone can help me out. My gen 3 indicator stalk is not working, it will not lock into place on left indicating or auto cancel. Apparently there is a pdf floating around with info on how to fix, if anyone has this i would really appreciate it emailed to me at soaren1@hotmail.com
Or any knowledge on fixing it as apparently you cannot put a 91 stalk on. Well thanks guys
