MR2 Australia: South Australia business cards
Hey guys, A few of us have been chatting about this on the last cruise and on the Facebook page. I think it's time we really get this happening. I'm up early to tidy the garage and fix a few issues with the car and I run into a nice SW20 while getting my morning coffee. ADM model, white with painted side mouldings and lower guards, 17" wheels, smoked indicators, black wing centre section, sounded turbo. Anyway I got talking to the owner through my drivers window, described the site and what we do, etc. He sounded keen but it would of been great to have a card to give him. Here's a couple of ideas Courtesy of beagle_senior Here's another Zmit knew of some good deals going on bulk printing. May as well get a batch of 250 done. Won't cost us more than a few bucks each

Hey, dont just make it SA, put it to bud/admin for an idea to print a batch for every state and increase member numbers.

No worries with doing one without South Australia on it. But since SA doesn't have an incorporated MR2 club I think it's important to emphasise to those we do give the cards to here, that we have a specific local presence.

Hey Jeremy, Can you send me the full res image of that business card so i can get things happening? Also, what do we want on the back of it? It will cost a little bit more... but i think it's still worth doing. maybe have the list of 'types of events' or the "cruises happen on the second Sunday of every month"

How about this? Checking the forum should provide a lot more specifics on what we're doing and when. It's getting people to check in here, that's the main hurdle in my opinion. Clicking on any of those thumbnails will take you to the original resolution. It should be in the correct aspect ratio for a standard business card

Just had an excellent suggestion! To place a QR code on the card. If you're not familiar with them http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QR_code I think we should put it on the back of the card. I'll come up with a draft

That's what I'm proposing. Scan it with your phone or hold it up to your webcam and it'll take you directly to the SA forums here
