LOL, dasic is right, both Tot and others here have been through similar with their project. If you still have the passion for it, the put it aside for a while.

But you know, as soon as it is out off your driveway you'll be out looking for another sw within a few weeks. You seem to have a mid engine bug (as well as a celica, something else, another thing, and some other thing too) but like the above two say, take it as a slow project.

Just throw a cover over it and get your finances together, keep your eye out for good bargains and over time you should have what you need.
Don't you know someone that runs a parts classified web site??

I bought a hardtop turbo nearly two years ago, its been a slow build up. With the detour provided by the P plater it had some time off the road, but now its in the panel shop having a full respray. I'm excited! Such a slow build scraping the money together but now its getting nearly ready to be close sort of to being complete.

Considering its not registered and your not paying rego or insurance.

Im with everyone else keep it!
whats $950 in bigger scheme of things.

That being said - can it be driven at all? ( say onto a truck or trailer - or does it require pushing/whinch?)

I think reality has set in and he realises that the money he spends on it, will always be at a loss if he sold it.

    PM's all replied :)

Yeah I think its unfortunately set in that i've done it all once before on my previous sw20 and its probably time I moved on.

I have my ZZT231 Celica which i've been working on for the last few months and that project should be finished first before going forth.

300zx is up for sale too :)

I'd love to buy this off you. But I can't justify the money or space, whilst in the process of building a house. If this was for sale early next year, I'd be all over it like a fat kid with chocolate cake.

Haha thanks man. I didn't keep it long but its just not justifiable to continue.

I still have the engine for sale too.

    Didnt get a reply...

That being said - can it be driven at all? ( say onto a truck or trailer - or does it require pushing/whinch?)

Ah sorry bud I missed that reply in there. Its blowing quite a bit of smoke, you may be able to drive it on but my neighbours wouldn't be keen. I would prefer it to be pushed/winch.
