you do realise that if this were to become the most common car on the roads that would be the greatest thing to ever happen right? the more people that buy this cheap FR sports car, the more cheap FR sports cars will appear on the market, from nissan, or honda, or mazda or any other manufacturer. i would rather every gay person and hair dresser and ditzy girl drove a FR sports car than a FF econo****box that comes in automatic only and is crap to drive. this is the car that will get a new breed of enthusiasts into cars. go to a high school these days, none of the kids care about cars anymore. this should change that,

Your CU2 Euro is significantly heavier though. If you drove a manual CL9, I think you'll find it goes significantly better. 6sp & lighter. My next company car.....yet to be decided. The 86 would be cool but prolly not practical enough for a daily driver (need kid + dog room) considering I already have a weekend toy.

Yeah don't know why Honda only gave it a few measly extra KW with the new one that is bloated, compared to the old. heh an 86 company car sounds about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike lol

Easy....we use company/lease cars for weekend/after work commuting. Given fuel/maintenance isn't a concern.....that's absolutely shocking aye.....lol

That would probably breach the lease regulations :P I'm "warmed" to this car a little bit. I still hate how it looks but the interior looks like a nice place to be and power isn't always everything. I'll keep my STi until it's paid off as it would burn one of these things. Alot of hype on the Toyota version but not so much on the BRZ....seems odd. Toyota model seems more of a boy racer whereas the Suby version seems a bit more grown up. Wonder how that will translate in sales?

Might be gauging to see how much attention the 86 gets? Hopefully they spice it up and chuck a turbo on it before release!

Boosted cars can have response as well. It won't bark as soon as you step on it but I'd rather that split second delay before it barks and bites at the same time when the turbo comes on.

actually the reason that subaru have not done much, is that they are pretty much ****ed. they waited to see what toyota pricing was.. and now they cant compete with it
