PM not working.

I've tried PM'ing but am unable to despite being a member since April '11, having made the required min 2 posts?
Can you please assist?

    It appears that I am no able to send any pms either?
     
    Nothing shows up on my sent folder.

    You have to tag the 'save to sent' box as an option.
