I've had my RM inverted ones for a few months now and I'm still happy with them. Haven't driven the car too much though because it needs a few things done.
 
PS- Heads up for anyone thinking of ordering BC's!!! They offer Swift springs as an optional upgrade for not too much more $. Not sure if this offer is available in Australia but it's very popular in USA. So if anyone is going to order coilovers, ask about the spring upgrade first. A very worthwhile upgrade apparently and I wish I knew about it earlier.

Im currently running with 14/32 F and 20/32 R and thats enough to drive through most country corners without getting off the gas.  Its magic, totally transformed the car!

Hi, I bought a set of the BR coilovers and whipped off my front wheel on the week-end to check things out and I was very wary about the wheel clearance although I'm running the same 205x40 and 225x40.  Also wasn't sure if the swaybar would clear with the new link.   But feedback above sounds as if it should be OK so I'll dive in next week-end.  I also found that my JDM SW20  an ABS sensor bracket on the shocks.   I was thinking about a metal bracket using the top of the two large bolts at the lower mount.  Suggestions anyone?  Thanks

I just bought a set of BC BR coilovers and chucked them in my Gen 3 SW20 today.
Fairly straightforward fitting process apart from the brake line brackets being a bit thicker than standard. This resulted in some 'persuasion' to get the lines to fit in the brackets properly.
I also had some issue with the camber bolts on the front, but that was probably more me than anything else.
I'm going to get a wheel alignment and the castor and camber tuned for best cornering performance, but from what I can tell thus far, they're pretty good.
I've gone for the previously mentioned 16 clicks rear and 10 clicks front from the softest setting, but I really need to do a bit more 'testing'.
Overall; happy with the price, they look good, they're simple to adjust, and they were pretty much a straightforward fit. Would recommend. :)
 

The easiest option is the whiteline adjustable sway bars. They have three settings and are easy to adjust. Keep in mind that mr2's have a habit of ripping out the front sway bar mounts when bigger sway bars are fitted. You should get sway bar reinforcement plates if you are going to upgrade (available from two's r us) . The front bar is easy to fit but the rear one requires the cross member to be removed and is a little bit more involved. You can also just fit Nolathane/urethane bushes to the stock sway bars and get some new sway bar links and they will be as good as new.
 

The first thing with suspension mods should be to be sure ball joints, rod ends, shocks, and control arm bushes are in top condition. Only then worry about other stuff.
 
'94+ SW20's usually have 18 mm ARB's fitted as stock both front and rear.
The 20 mm Whiteline adjustable front bar is a popular mod for SW20's to sharpen up turn in.
But for a car that is used mostly for the street, consensus seems to be that a heavier rear bar is unnecessary, especially if you are using stock alignment settings.

My rm coilovers are leaking grease and rattle quite badly at the front.

Check the strut top nuts, I've seen a few cars with rattly coil overs that it turned out to be this nut having worked loose a turn or two allowing it to float on bumps.
