New Toy - Red Goes Faster

2001 Honda CBR600F4i ('stunt machine')
 
Factory specs (conservative):
0-100 km/h: ~3.4 secs.
Standing 1/4 mile: 11.7 sec @ 199 km/h. 
Top speed (standard gearing): 256.3 km/h.
 
Mods:
  • Micron slipon
  • K&N air filter
  • Aftermarket front brakes

    Tree - cheers mate. Yep made my old CBR250 seem really really, slow. It's just so much better that you don't have to rev the tits off it for it to do anything lol

    mr2pod -  early MR2s are a bit special though ;)
     
    SW20_3sgte - cheers man and it's A ****LOAD quicker than the MR2! my old 250 was about as quick as my MR2 lol the bike doesn't need to change outta 1st till over 100 km/h either. Strong pull from ~3k to almost 15k RPM. No factory stock car touches it this side of a R35 GT-R etc.

    Nice bike! Is pretty damn shiney.... love that paint job on the hondas
    Wish I hadn't sold my bike now I think I may need another one soon haha.
    just curious what's been upgraded on the front brakes?

    Tree - my old CBR250RR was neck and neck till about 130 kmh with my mates Evo III (170+awkW) they just need about 10k rpm off the line... ;)
     
    ashtwo - Thanks man. Front rotors recently replaced with 'Galfer wavy' style ones instead of stock 'cross drilled' - Better heat dissipation.
