Gen3 calipers + Lucas TRW pads + DBA4000 rotors

Hi all,
Had my BBK kit installed today which leaves me with my stock gen3 setup.

Calipers are in good nick and were working perfectly fine on my car - I just wanted a beefier setup and I definitely got that.
The rotors are DBA4000 series, slotted. They have a very minor lip from wear on the outside but not enough to catch my nail as I run it across. The pads are Lucas TRW with plenty of meat left on them. They are a great street pad with good cold bite and haven't been phased by anything I've thrown at them. They do give off a bit of brake dust though.

I'm chasing around the $400 **EDIT** $350 mark for the lot + postage to wherever. I already have a decent box and packaging so it's ready to rock and roll.

If your interested hit me with a PM. Thanks.

If these are for sale, that means the 4 pots are on :)

Hi Sinbad - not really wanting to seperate the pieces purely for ease of shipping and would be a good upgrade from the early model brakes. I'm in Brisbane btw.

Dylan - I'll need to chuck up another thread on my car on this new forum. Otherwise I'll poke around the old one and see if i can copy the text over to this one. 4pots are definitely on and are god damn sweet.

Sorry for the thread hijack but what booster and Master Cylinder are you running with them? Mine seem a bit spongy on my car.

If your brakes are spongy then you either have old fluid (water contamination) in there, U haven't bled the system properly (air) or have 20 y.o spongy rubber lines.

Brakes have been bleed twice, running braided lines all round...

Just feels like a soft pedal.

I was running the stock 15/16 master cyl with these and have kept this even with my new 4pots on the car - braided lines up front and stock lines on the rear and my pedal is firmer than what it was with the stock setup. You may still have air in your lines somewhere. Otherwise get a master cyl brace - that will firm it up quite a bit. I'm running a cusco one on my car which made quite a difference in pedal feel.

Bump - still have these just lying around. Not parting the calipers or rotors as would be better off suited for an early revision upgrade to the larger stock brakes.

    Mate,
I'd take these off you in a months time - just spent way too much on a holiday.  So if you're willing to wait that long...
