Bud, the PM system doesn't leave a trail of messages in the reply, so you have to open up the old message to work out what the reply is about.
Anyway to change this?

When you are replying to a message, you can click on the plus, which appears above all the smilies etc - [+] Show Message Replying To This will show the message you are replying to. You can also use "quote message" when replying to PMs which will help to keep track of the conversation.

Still doesn't help if you receive a reply to a PM, and the sender hasn't quoted your original message.

sometimes i'm not able to use my "moderator" abilities.
ie: sometimes in the thread options tab it has the "manage thread" option, sometimes it doesn't.

Are you looking at changing the image file upload limit of 250kb..not a size that accomodates most pics?
