Yeah, its fairly tight, not too bad though, its the same screamer I was running previously. Oil drain is a tighter fit, is an absolute pain. Its -12 so fairly large. Waiting on a couple of fittings for it (one being the KO racing plug for the sump).
Throttlebody is a 75mm edelbrock racing throttlebody. Its of the range that they designed for 'acuras' and civics etc. The base flange is a mustang style, bolts to the RMR manifold (75mm mustang flange type). Edelbrock sell the adapter flanges for the before mentioned vehicles. Basically its similar to there normal mustang range but doesn't have any allocation for the mustang factory IAC (good for me, im running a standalone ford item bolted to the rear firewall) and is designed for forced induction applications.
Just gotta get motivation. Tired after work this afternoon. I wanted to get my transmission back together tonight but have yet to start on it. Think it'll be a task for in the morning. I'll get up early and try get it out the way before lunch, in the afternoon I gotta go give the car (not at my place currently) a final buff and bolt the kit etc back on.
So much to do, so little time.....

Re: the allen key, already back in its pack. Soon learnt my lesson about leaving poo poo on/around engines. Lost a 19mm sidchrome socket somewhere up the road after changing my corollas brake pads, heard it fall out bounce on the road and hit underneath the car. Was dark and I couldn't find it.

Yeah I run -12 drain on mine clocking was very important or I couldn't tighten the 45 degree hose end I'm using on to the fitting as the hex point tips juuust hit the ex. housing bolts or in. housing bolts.
Used a new toyota elbow(the special rubber one) at the bottom being 3/4"ID with a brass double hosetail joiner and wormdrive clamps to join it to the -12 hose(being 3/4" of course). The 45 degree fitting at the top allowed for aiming so that it curves nicely around the dump on its way.
Has been fine with the lowish pressure seen there. And you can't see it anyway with Firesleeve over the lot.
Mustang flange thats close enough, surely I win something for that... oh yes, I already have as that is handy info I'll be needing in the future Thanks mate

What do you mean by everything is complete. I dare say I could think of more things to do, you have to say enough is enough at some stage though. I've not done any sums as of late but im guessing in the realm of $40-45000 after purchase of the car, which cost me $20000.
And yes, I did the majority of the work myself. Only thing I didn't do was assemble the bare long block. I'd have had to of done two of them and felt I wouldn't have had the time - well, with the time it took for this long engine to get here, I could have built 10 engines - oh well. Done everything from bodywork, to rebuilding the transmission to removal and fitment of engine on two cars. Im no professional mechanic, im an electrician (well, almost). I'm rather cluey and pick up quickly so have no issues doing this stuff. Its merely turning spanners - doesn't require rocket science and I've had enough experience with 3S-GTEs to know what im doing in regards to them.
Insuring the car full comprehensive would be stupidity. I doubt anyone would offer me an agreed value anywhere near the amount of dollars I've spent on it, which means in the event of an accident if it was written off they then take possession of the wreck. It'd be more in my favour if it was written off and I could keep the wreck, purchase a new chassis and transplant the gear - thats where all the money is at.
I find insurance stupid in the event of a minor bingle. The excess + the raise in premium always seems to outweigh any small amount of damage done. You're better off putting away that money you'd normally pay to them and insuring yourself.
To answer your question - no, im not over 25. I'm only 22. :D

Transmission is almost all done. All that remains is to refit 5th gear and the top casing.

Well, the transmission is FINALLY together, all done, whoot. Also I've had the car back at my place for the last week or so, however, im still not completely happy with the paint finish, infact, after a wash and inspection today I've got a list 3 pages wrong of faults I can find. I'm personally pretty sick of screwing around with it, so at this stage I'm considering just paying a shop to complete the job. Most of it will just need a light rub back flat and another hit of clear, with a couple of panels that'll require a quick hit of black base (I still got a bit leftover) and a couple of coats of clear. Issue with that is time. Spray shops always seem to be booked up months ahead. Oh, and cash, I don't have a huge amount (could probably spare $1000-1500, which honestly, for the remaining work SHOULD be enough). If anyone knows any shops that do quality work & could fit a job in in a timely manner and are located anywhere between say Caloundra & Surfers or as far out as Toowoomba (closer to me is better though and im at Gailes) give me a yell. Im more then happy to pay someone a cash jobbie for a weekend job or something. I just need someone with the facilities, equipment and skill to get it right. Anyway, couple of pictures as she sits. Looks good at a distance, too bad im pretty pedantic and spot every defect. Ryan from these forums has volunteered his time to help me out but I don't know if I want to embroil anyone else in this bundle of joy [:u]
