I'm gunna guess +2.5mm intake, +3mm exhaust.
By the way, do you have any provision for monitering EGT?? We have had two FP turbos fail recently on customers cars, and FP's response was that our EGT must have been exceeding 800degrees. They both dropped a few blades off the exhaust turbine and the inbalance flogged out the bearings and the intake turbine bit into the compressor housing and they siezed solid.

Close, 2.5mm intake, 2mm exhaust - too damn big for the current valve reliefs in my pistons *grumble*
I will be running EGT sensors in every exhaust runner, I am still yet to make my next manifold. I have sold the FP turbo, I have a borg warner EFR 9180 on order - could be a while coming.

Hrmm, what have you got, standard mani with adapter? It should fit straight on, you can get T3 variants. You'll need to redo the downpipe and intake plumbing possibly.

Totenkopf, are you switching from the HTA3586 to the Borg Warner 9180? That is a large turbo. Interested in the specs of the turbo you chose to achieve a useable powerband on your motor.

only if when you change gears it doesn't drop under 6000rpm.
tot's will find it useable but i garuntee if your car was like that you wouldn't define it as useable.

if tot ever replies here another thing i'd be interested is how easy and happy the E15x box is at changing at high rpm, many seem to think it doesn't like quick shift's at high rpm.

So you are going to have to change your dump pipe, i'm assuming the BW turbo will be v band.
Are you still looking at doing a mechanical fuel pump??
