So how much would shipping be for a set from the UK?

Industrial Springs in Adelaide also make custom springs to any rate/length for cheap.

I know that fensports springs don't sag, and their rates have small variance (unlike king springs!). I'm not certain about the quality or consistency of other outfits, which is why i would be cautious of trying something less proven.

Oh gawd...don't talk to me about King springs! I have used them in the past and never again.

I'd rate them as almost the worst springs you can get.

Currently using Eibach Pro Kit and I'm pretty happy with them.

Lol, that's why i won't touch "random spring company x". :p

The fensports are 190 quid for a set (so, 320 or so), no idea how much the shipping is, but can't imagine it's too bad. Their standard linear spring set is 155 quid, but is only rated at +20% over oem rates. For a custom job, the price difference is most definitely worth it! :)

What are you doing with the BC's?
Are they still in the car?

They're going to stay on the car until i can find someone who wants to upgrade to BC's for cheap if they'll give me their original struts. :p

Or until i buy a set of original struts, THEN sell the BC's (as i'd like to have a functioning car).

The BC's aren't bad, they're just not for me. If i was a track-nut, an autocrosser, or wanted to adjust my hellaflush "just so", they'd be perfect. But my love lies with tarmac rally/hillclimbs.

Well normally they're about a grand, so half that sounds reasonable with the strut exchange.

Yeah, it'd be no problem. ;)

I actually really wanted to make it to the meet yesterday so i could ride in a car with "normal suspension", and would have gladly reciprocated the action for any body interested.

I am still rooting around the car to sort out some niggling issues (like the non-functioning speedo and the rattly rack), but soon!
