    And I have been told they have a flat black pursuit car & bike that patrol the eastern fwy, so you can't see them at night :(

    Murderers and drugies etc, don't have the money to pay the fines. So its no point catching and fining them.

    I also spotted a vs ish ute with hay bails in it. Was in a factory just of Cheltenham rd in Dandy. Lots of other undercover cars there aswell, looks like where they were working from.

    LOL Drug dealers make a ****load more than I do being a law abiding citizen.

    Saw a poor motorist pulled over on the Melba Highway last weekend by a Black SS ute (no hay bails) -  This was the weekend of Targa High Country.
