Yeah nice one, interesting to see just a decent tune gave a nice Kw return. I've been toying with the idea of some kind of aftermarket brain coz supposedly JDM GZE's tunes are not as good as they could be.

Well after a rattle in the exhaust appeared, a quick trip to the local exhaust shop was in order. Had it fixed with little trouble and the guy suggested spraying the exhaust black so it "didn't stand out like dog's balls." It certainly looks better than it did

Have to tell us how they go. FYI I recenlty got 104.7 rwkw, I realise figures vary from dyno to dyno so we're probably even. Interesting to see how similar power can be had from different mods. I just hope you never find a pulley to put on it coz you kill me. (although i'd love to see the result)

Hey Bustin - Nice dyno result! There has been a few pulley kits for sale lately and I was very tempted... but need to sort out a few other issues first.
Will give the car a run this weekend and test the shocks out and let you all know...

Well the TRD shocks are great!! Much firmer ride but keeping the stock springs it is not "crashy" with mid corner bumps like others i've been in

Also just replaced the front swaybar bushes and alsso the gear shift bushes with brass ones. These certainly make the gearshift more direct, if you like that feel. Will put pics up later.
These came from TwosRus along with a full suspension bush kit and porterfield brake pads which are all still to be installed.

More bushes changed.

New Porterfield R4S HP brake pads all round - initial reaction of these pads is awesome. Good cold bite and progressive pedal feel. No squealing at all!

Thanks John (Whore of Babylon) for the all the help!

Greetings, what is this F-con that you speak of? if you are making 100kw at the wheels i want one, as i am making 100kw at the wheels on 12psi.

anyone have suggestions on an aftermarket ECU? as i think with one i can make at least 110-120kw at the wheels :>

p.s ur car looks great. same colour as mine, but ur paint is much nicer.

This is straight from the US HKS sight...

The HKS PFC F-CON is a plug-in fuel management system designed to supplement and refine the OEM fuel curve to maintain a proper air/fuel mixture when increasing boost pressure in turbocharged applications. The PFC F-CON optimizes the factory injector pulse width signal by recalibrating information obtained by both the PFC F-CON absolute pressure sensor and the OEM engine control unit (ECU). Each unit is application specific and includes a preprogrammed ROM for a particular performance stage. --- A Fuel Cut Defencer (FCD) is also included in certain PFC F-CON kits to override the factory fuel cutoff. The PFC F-CON offers easy integration via a plug-in vehicle specific wiring harness and a compact pressure sensor. If additional adjustment of the PFC F-CON is needed, fine-tuning can be performed via the plug-in HKS Graphic Control Computer (GCC).

This and a cat-back HKS exhaust are the only performance mods on my car, and tuned on 95ron fuel at the moment. They are not for sale new anymore, but I have seen them for sale a few times. However, I'm sure there are newer, more adjustable options these days which would be easier to get hold of and get tuned.

Thanks for the comments - the bodywork paint is great, and interior is pretty good also. Not really happy with the black paint on the window trims etc, but one day.. one day..

I recently scored a HKS F-con but had to let it go because apparently the only place that I could get it installed was Sydney.[8~2]
