The Great Grampians Run - Oct 2/3

Hi guys!
This year in place of the Great Ocean Road run we are heading up to the Grampians. The run is taking place on the weekend of NSW and SA labor day INTERSTATERS ENCOURAGED TO COME ALONG!!!!

We will be leaving Melbourne on Saturday 2nd October and heading to Dadswells Bridge. Route to be confirmed closer to the date. Accomodation: Old Dadswell Town (who are also providing us with a spit roast dinner) http://www.olddadswelltown.com.au/about_us.htm
A short run will be organised for the Sunday morning followed by lunch, at this point those heading home on the Sunday will leave and any people staying the Sunday night will be free to explore the many great attractions the Grampians has to offer.

At this stage the whole 'town' has been booked out for the MR2 club for the Saturday night and is available for Sunday night also.

Approximate cost will be $60 per person per night (depending on numbers) including the spit roast on Saturday night.

Information regarding booking dates and deposits will be given once a better idea of numbers is known. GET IN QUICK as we are sure to fill places quickly.

    You're more than welcome WoB. As mentioned interstaters are very welcome and encouraged!

    Always good to have people in from other states to join us - we all have this great car in common and so there's no requirement to be a VIC club member if you're coming from interstate.

    As Reddtarga said, shoot an email to Kaye to let her know you're interested and she'll be in contact when we have further details or need deposits, etc.

    Wow!! what a fantastic weekend. The Grampians is a very good alternative to the GOR.

    Great MR2 roads and amazing accomodation at Old Dadswell Town.

    A very big thank you to Kayeleigh for putting this one together, and also to Robert for organising stoof.

    Yep, I should have the engine bay cleaned (from all the dust) by next year. But agree it was very good weekend.
