Finally some more stuff of which half is already on the car, this is about all I need to get my car going other than a few small things, ie radiator hose, dist cap.

This hose is seriously sexy and LIGHT,

Scrumptious. How much power are you hoping to get out of this?

Kris, this is just too clean mate, I demand you throw some dirt in there or spill some oil
Looking forward to seeing it on it's maiden cruise!

No real power figure in mind as I've still got a small 'Disco Spud' on it. I'm after PHAT midrange and response, hence the stroker bottom end.
However I give myself 6-12 months before wanting more, but with all the supporting mods already done this will be as simple as upgrading the turbo and putting in a new tune.

No oil or dirt please. Enough of that all over the floor already. I give him a month until he wants more herbs. Think a few other bolt INS may be required for sustained higher power output. All the engine work is done though. Heck, i am pretty excited to get this thing fired up socage imagine what Kris is thinking

Well what a relief!

After an issue with a fuel supply line leaking on thursday night, James (Totenkopf) and I, with the help of Doug (Falcon) started my eng for the 1st time today.

Just gotta tie up a few loose ends and it'll be going out for its 1st drive this evening for a bit of a run in and to get it back to my place.

Again what a relief, I can now kick back and relax for a bit.

Awesome news mate! I hope the run-in goes well as it'll be great to see it on the road and out of the shed!
