I cut the piece in 1/2 and I shoved my arm up the door. One ontop and one below of the side intrusion bars. I scratched my arms quite a bit but well worth it!
The doors sound solid now when you close the door!

So I have been having some clutch issues, 1st of all my master failed... then whilst I replaced the master I found a pedal box bolt was loose causing a noise under the dash... So the car has never shifted better going into gears beautifully feels like butter, even into reverse 1st time every time... then after a good testing a noise!!! sounded like a clutch torsional spring in the bottom of the bell housing, Below is what i found!
