Cheers, Trey. The shifter refresh only took the afternoon. Trickiest part was getting the spring to sit correctly, needed a second pair of hands to hold the spring arms open when reassembling it. Got a bunch of little service jobs lined up over the next few weeks.

Great looking car Lumix, I've found your thread interesting to read through. Clean, original car is a credit to your attention to detail.
I'm not sure if you covered it somewhere else, but I'm interested to know if you are still using the factory/dealer alarm immobiliser? Would you happen to have the user manual, if there is one? Mine was not working when I got my latest MR2, but I managed to fumble my way through resetting it and now have it working.

Over the weekend I changed the clutch fluid and bleed the system. Enlisted the help of my dad to operate the clutch while I was under the car opening and closing the bleed nipple. It's always a rewarding feeling completing tasks. whitemr2gt Great looking car Lumix, I've found your thread interesting to read through. Clean, original car is a credit to your attention to detail.

Thanks mate! I was looking at your car today. Very clean and original! Love it. I'm still using the factory Toyota alarm system. I don't have the user manual (not sure if there is one), I wish I had one too when I had a issue where I couldn't lock/unlock the car with the remote. From memory had to hold down the buttons twice for around 5-10 seconds to get it working again. My car came with 'Owners Guide to Anti-skid Braking', 'Headunit owner's manual', 'Owner's manual', and 'Log book'.

Ah, is that the T&C's where you and anyone that looks at your pics have to agree to suffer bucket loads of spam spam spam?

Pretty much, gotta love those full screen ad pop ups + it's now $140 a year to allow me to embed the images onto the forum by using the <img> code. seasalt In full version of post editor u can upload direct to this forum... which would be a saga for the old ones I know...
I will use that in the future for the QLD MR2 club runs. I will need to re upload all those photos. 5SGTE Odd, mine still work.
I think my account must of got flagged, I had uploaded and shared approx 900 photos to the forum.

All of the photos on my huge build thread are hosted on photobucket. If I have to move them all to another hosting site then that would suck!

Yep! Your thread is massive with lots of information. It would be a mammoth effort to edit every post to fix the image links. MR2QIK photos have gone too :( This is the email from photobucket You have been using photobucket for 3rd party hosting. To restore your 3rd party hosted images upgrade your account to a plus 500 plan. Photobucket defines 3rd party hosting as the action of embedding an image or photo onto another website. For example, using the <img> tag to embed or display a JPEG image from your Photobucket account on another website such as a forum, Etsy, eBay auction listings, a blog, etc. is definitively 3rd party hosting. It's frustrating but I will rebuild or maybe start fresh...

Maybe people should start calling it 'crapbucket' that may make them change their demands.

plus 500 plan 510GB Storage $39.99 /M0 Billed Annually $399.99 / YR It's too expensive for me. I'm also guessing the prices are in USD so it will be even higher per year. I will prob just upgrade my personal wordpress plan for more storage and host the photos on there. It just sucks that so many threads/build guides/tutorials will be affected. It was good while it lasted.
