MR2 Spyder 2001 - SMT replacement

Hi All,
 
I have a 2001 MR2 Australia 
 
I would like to know if I purchase a rebuilt SMT transmission from monkeywrenchracing.com USA
  1. Will the SMT transmission be able to be fitted and replaced in my MR2.
  2. Would I need any other parts?
  3. Also, who would you recommend replacing the transmission? I am in Sydney Southwest
