Kouki taillight repair

Hi Guys,
I have recently purchased a 91 SW20 MR2 and I'm hoping to put it on historic rego come Jan21. Anyway an issue I have is with  the right hand side Kouki taillight, the red reflector between the brake lights is cracked see attached images. I am wondering if I can somehow remove the reflector in there and swap for another reflector from a spare left hand side or do I have to buy another set of taillights ?
