Swaybar hitting body

Chasing a clunk when i hit a straight edge bump with both front wheels I found the swaybar has been contacting the body on both sides.  The car has unknown yellow (king I assume) springs and is lower than stock.  Is this a problem when lowering with the stock end links? or is there something else going on?

    Can't see any pic.
Has the swaybar been removed recently?
If so has it been replaced upside down?
Very easily done, and that would cause noises.
Ask me how I know, lol.
