AW11 Hardtop, rolling shell with all parts included (no gearbox)

Model: Aw11

Year: 1988
Colour: Red
Kms: 337511
Rego: BMN89H
Location: Marsfield, NSW

History: Not much known about it's history. Bought it from a guy who buggered the engine engine. Was going to put a 2zz in like my other aw11 and turn it into a track orientated car but never got round to it. It does have some papers from the late 90s, but not got a complete history. Can be registered. No crash history to my knowledge and car is very straight. Came with a dog tag "scruffy" so that is it's name.

Modifications: Aftermarket wheels. Aftermarket front and rear bumper.

Overall condition: Good (for a shell)

Other Info: Quite good red paint under the dust.
Tin top (desirable)
Completely stripped interior (inc sound deadening).
All interior parts are included with the car, as is side skirts (good condition) and bumpers etc. C pillars were busted, and visor is cracked, but besides that, everything is in pretty good condition and included in sale.
Gearbox has been sold.
I have the original engine (4age 16v) if you want it. It was broken when i got it, and i don't know what the issue was.
Small rust spot in drivers footwell (seen in pics). Only rust spot i've seen and the whole car is stripped so its pretty rust free.
Can come with original teardrop wheels (and tyres, pirellis) for extra.

Great for parts, but also is in decent nick and could make a great project.
I am moving and it would be easier for me to get rid of this, but I have alternative places to store it if not. Prices are going up for these, they are only getting less common, and i still drive another one so it serves me for parts too, so I don't mind holding on to it if I have to.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Price: $2000 negotiable

If you decide to part it there's certainly some pieces I'd be happy to vulture off you.

For anyone interested, but is stressing out over sourcing replacement C pillar trim:
    https://unicraftauto.com/products/c-pillar-trim
It's got the usual backstory of scanning and 3D printing of unobtanium parts. Shame is they had a pretty slow and troubled development which their product cost now has to wear.

Car seems too nice too part out. Surely there's someone who's actually wanting to do an engine swap out there and is not fussed about the missing driveline? Skid factory (utube MCM2) have a swap (K24?) coming up which is bound to get some interest.

I'm against parting in general in any case.

There is so few good quality examples of the aw11 left (especially stock) it would be a shame for a near complete unit to be gutted.

I'll still hover over the corpse if anyone ever does however.
