pinouts are printed on the circuit board, take the cover off.
are you doing an engine swap?
asking as the 22 pin plug is not plugged in and you need the pinouts..
i have that ecu with that part number and mine was factory immobilized.
it started, ran for 3-5 seconds and flashed a check engine light as it died.
fault code was 99,i have video of it flashing 9,9  9,9
i couldn`t get around the immobilizer so i ended up using a 94 bathurst ecu.
i will see if i can find my notes for that ecu tho,i have all the pinouts and the colours written down

Has anyone successfully disabled the theft deterrent and or bypassed at the ecu. ?

Car has engine swap and no theft deterrent ecu and associated wiring fitted.
    Thanks.

the obd1 diagnostic port has a pin out for Op1 which is immobilizer diagnostics, there is also 2 pinouts for the K and L line on op2 and op3..thats as far as i got as im not good with computer stuff and this is proper code not just a simple fuel pump or starter cut, google also says remove the ic900 chip but thats on the amp behind the seat..
from what i understand theres a chip in the key that activates the coil, that turns the amp on and the handshake between ecu and amp occurs allowing the car to run,its ISO9141 if that helps..
is there any chance of getting the parts from the donor car or is that gone?

    Thanks for the info.
    No access to donor car.
Car is a genuine 90 turbo import.
Engine removed and replaced with an early N/A.
Appears footwell to engine loom original and N/A engine loom original.
As previous, car starts no problem however cuts out after 3 or 4 so seconds.
Tried direct power to fuel pump and appears to be a spark issue.

more a case of learned the hard way and that ecu part number is now etched into my memory as a result! its also only on 06/96-12/97 cars so isnt common here,im happy to share what i found out as it might help others.i was hoping to get mine to run but it was alot easier (for me) to use a rev3 ecu than build an interface and try to figure out how to get around it,alot more sophisticated than previous years factory and dealer fitted stuff ive come across thats for sure.
