Not at this stage Eddie. I have payments confirmed for Rick and Mike but no one else via Eventbrite or Trybooking. I will be sorting out a deadline, completing few details on the booking system after Mondays meet. 
It has to be secured early for the betterment of all the people who come from interstate and people who book holidays etc.
There are 32 coming on Monday for the one day Wakefield Park Challenge which is great for the first one day meet so hopefully there will be a lot who will be keen on the two day meet. I will allow some grace for the MR2's as usual but it will be a date set around the start of June then its opened up for everyone who has attended the April and August challenges.
 
Pretty sure Anthony will be back doing photography in 2019 and possibly Ben dong his great video productions.

Would be great to see the crew of Tri/Ken and Vito back in 2019 with there crazy crew and antics. They were always so damn entertaining. 
How about karaoke on the Tuesday night? That would be a great laugh.

That's a list of 25 tentative with 3 paid for. That will not be enough for this to happen. 
 
For people coming to view the event, there will be plenty of parking in the carports but would like to have the Nationals cars displayed on the grass area near the Cafe or the open garages in the pit area.
I have personally wanted to see this happen (Nationals attendants at MTC)  since we were first entertaining MTC concept in 2012. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

I have my leave booked and approved.  Car is nearly ready again.  I just need to know that i am finacially able to afford before i can commit which i cannot just yet. 
But i DO NOT want to miss this double event this year with the Nationals and the Wakefield event together.  
 
This is basically the only event i am gunning for now this year.  So will be doing my best to make it, just will be a later entry. Sorry.

I've killed a few alternators in the MR2 before.

Hey everyone, I'm not going to be entering the 8,9th of October event. It is too close to World Time Attack, which I am entered in.
 

I just received the track hire agreement for the two trackday challenge. This is a $18,000 risk I am looking at taking on so I need to know of people who are 100% committed to this venture. I also need it to happen in the next two weeks or I will be talking to someone else about putting on a trackday for October. 
 

35 entries@ $600. That will just cover garages, timing, accommodation.
To cover it less the garages, accommodation, timing will take it to $514.   
I can just go for the value of the deposit but that still leaves a big if and a big risk. Its better to just pay the lot then its secured. 
As I have it set up with trybooking, it can be paid online with credit card or the likes which makes it a lot easier for people.
People can also book accommodation direct with Wakefield which make life easier for the organiser.   

Steve is there a committee organising this or is it just you?
