Not at this stage Eddie. I have payments confirmed for Rick and Mike but no one else via Eventbrite or Trybooking. I will be sorting out a deadline, completing few details on the booking system after Mondays meet.
It has to be secured early for the betterment of all the people who come from interstate and people who book holidays etc.
There are 32 coming on Monday for the one day Wakefield Park Challenge which is great for the first one day meet so hopefully there will be a lot who will be keen on the two day meet. I will allow some grace for the MR2's as usual but it will be a date set around the start of June then its opened up for everyone who has attended the April and August challenges.

Pretty sure Anthony will be back doing photography in 2019 and possibly Ben dong his great video productions.

Sharon is working along side me with preparations for the day.
Brendon is back in 2019 to hep with recovery
Would be great to see the crew of Tri/Ken and Vito back in 2019 with there crazy crew and antics. They were always so damn entertaining.
How about karaoke on the Tuesday night? That would be a great laugh.

Ok, so for October 2019 the people I know of who are coming are:
Rick (paid) S.A.
Mike (paid) S.A.
Rob Bonfield (paid) S.A.
Pledged and interested parties to entry
Glenn (will be at Mondays meet)
Eddie
Stuka (Tasmania)
Peter Garad plus around 6 MR2 Spyders that he knows of. Please confirm.
Jim and Jon Dimitri
RobK
Peter White
Alex Burley (will be at Mondays meet)
Falcon (Qld)
Paul Noble (will be at Mondays meet)
Matt D of Midnight Touge (co-organiser for Mondays meet and fellow MR2 owner)
Lee (S.A.)
[link=mailto:John@Feral]John@Feral[/link] racing (QLD)
Eric (Qld)
Not sure on the rest of the Qld.
Not sure on Victorian's
Not sure on any other's!

That's all I can think of for the moment but if I have missed you, please let it be known so you can be added to the list.
That's a list of 23 tentative with 3 paid for. That will not be enough for this to happen.

For people coming to view the event, there will be plenty of parking in the carports but would like to have the Nationals cars displayed on the grass area near the Cafe (if possible). I have personally wanted to see this happen since we were first entertaining MTC concept in 2012.

Steve,
I also have another SA guy coming over with me, but w'll not be contending, his name is Colin. Not sure if that really adds to the additional numbers which is required.
I'll speak with Lee Vanpamelen in relation to attendance also.

I have my leave booked and approved.  Car is nearly ready again.  I just need to know that i am finacially able to afford before i can commit which i cannot just yet.
But i DO NOT want to miss this double event this year with the Nationals and the Wakefield event together.

This is basically the only event i am gunning for now this year.  So will be doing my best to make it, just will be a later entry. Sorry.

if it's not blown, it sucks

I had a great day yesterday at the WPC. Many thanks to @B24 for running the show. It's disappointing that his assistants from the Midnight Togue crew didn't turn up. Not cool.
It went well anyway, and even though I experienced an alternator failure, I did manage to do the Clubman circuit, the hill climb, and one full circuit session.
Unfortunately the latest power mods means that my car is no longer competitive in the hill climb. :-(
I went well on the Clubman circuit though, and reduced my previous best time of 39.12 seconds down to 37.49 seconds.
Thanks again to B24 and the Wakefield Park team for a great day.

Possibly! Haha.
I've killed a few alternators in the MR2 before.

Thanks mate, it was a tough few days but a good turnout of cars. Big thanks to Alex and Paul by providing demo's of the Hillclimb and Clubman track and yourself for all of the ongoing support for attending and words of wisdom. The final track was well received so it will be seen again in August but I have chosen to step back and let these Midnight Touge guys run it as I am not going though all that work again. It actually cost me money to run it but I am not about to complain as it can always be worse.
No one was injured, no crashes, plenty of worn out cars and smiles everywhere due to the huge amount of variety and track time.
There is drone footage, in-car and photo's so should see some good video clips come up in the the next few weeks.
Will have the final scores sorted this week. Was too exhausted to get it all done yesterday afternoon.

Hey everyone, I'm not going to be entering the 8,9th of October event. It is too close to World Time Attack, which I am entered in.

Thats a shame that you are not entering but you could be involved in running the event. That would be a big plus.
