    thanks guys!!

yeh gotta lvoe the Black interior.....YAY!!!!

i might mention that i am the 3rd owner of this car..

first owner bought it brand spankers... ran it a couple of times in the targa tasmania, blew the headgasket on the original Bigport, and so he put the smallport in it, then sold it to a young lady who used it to deliver hay (on teh engine lid) to her cattle as she was a farmer, it spent 14 years doing this duty...

the thing was FILTHY when i got it, ther where 9 UDL cans in teh car, 3 of which where full, Covered in dog hair and Cigarette butts.... not classy!

Who did your bodywork repairs and paint? Looks like a nice job.

    Were they expensive?

Just noticed you've taken the side skirts off too. Kinda looks cool!

WRECK-A-MENDED smash repair at ingleburn did the paitn work (truly reccomend them)

my dad and i did the majority of the panel work..and the things that where a little out of our league the paint shop did for us at the last stage!

mister 2 the skirts are back on now..

and i should add, that EVERY panel on the aw11 is the original panel.. the pics above of the before we got it, we fixed EVERYTHING, didnt replace any bumper skins or anything..

    so here are some pics..

Very clean. I'd do it if I could be assed and had the time/tools/knowhow. How did you manage to fix the front bar so well?

thanks lumix, i was hesitant when i first seen the car with the original faded colour, but im wrapped with the 2 pac Mica red...

JDMR288 we fixed the front bar by pop riveting a plate behind the skin, and then plastic welding the skin back together, followed by some light sanding then a skim of bumper putty (flexible bog really) then rubbed her back again...took a little fiddling around but was well worth it as toyota qouted over $700 for a new one that they didnt even know they had in stock...

did some more work today...painted up the light surround and front grill....gloss black.. looks unreal.. gotta get some pics up...

also spewing.. bought a new C pillar Vent from Toof, and dad must of put it on top of his car, and drove off, found it down teh road all mangled... spewing!!!

That looks excellent! Top colour - haven't seen one in that red before. Your wheels are very similar to the Enkei 'Racing' rims I have on mine, but yours appear two-tone in the pics?? Some very nice work.

    well it has been awhile.....

the engine is in and running great....

have since taken most of the exterior trim off to get painted, and repainted.....

purchased a 158mm crank and am going to put that in soon....

hooked my boost gauge up and running a swell 8psi...hoping to get 10psi from the larger crank and ABV plating....

    here are some newer pics....
