Get a stock dump pipe out

Hey,

Does anyone know a way/trick to get a stock dump pipe out without taking off the passenger side bracket?

I've been trying for about an hour to get them undone and they wont budge at all. (tried freeze and release and WD40)

I'm not sure if there is a way but I dont plan to put the stock one back in if that helps at all.

Thanks,

These are the bolts in question:

And this is how close it is to being loose (might still have clearance issues dropping it past the mount anyway):

The irony that if the dump pipe wasnt there I would have clear access to those 2 bolts isn't lost on me either...
