91 mr2 3sgte won't start

I was removing the spark plug leads while the engine was running so I could diagnose a missfire and the car cut off and stalled. Now the issue is that the car won't turn over at all .
The fuses are good but there is no spark going to the plugs
I don't know what to do :/
