Cup holders
Hi, Just wondering what options I have in terms of getting some cup holders on my MR2 SW20? I know someone on the forum was selling the ones that hang from the storage area on the door but I'm worried they might get in the way and I'll spill my drink! I was thinking along the lines of a single din cup holder I can install just below the head unit. Anyone have any tips?
Thanks!

I have one of these, there are a few suppliers on EBay. works well unless you have a passenger. Easily stores behind the seat when not in use. I have one of the others that you mentioned, but I am short & sit too far forward, but my passenger this weekend made good use of it on her side.

I have used my door cup holder for the past year with no problems. My leg does touch the drink but it would be quite hard to actually spill it

Hmmm, I'm gonna see how the one I bought off ebay works first. From the sounds of it, the door mounted cup holder seems very secure, I could give that a go as well. Wonder if the user is still selling them... Also, Nik, does that double din fit in the car? I have a headunit above so thought I could only fit a single din just below it. Thanks for the help.

I purchase one one the single cup holders and screwed it into the passenger side just below my console. Done a 7,000kms trip to run the new setup in and didn't spill a drop of any of my coffees. so far it hasn't hindered any passengers and it has worked very well.
I don't have a solution for passengers though as I feel their hands are free, they can hold their coffee.
