97' Bathurst 3sgte swap

Thought I may as well start a build thread seeing I'm on here often reading everyone else's,
Saved up and bought my 1997 Bathurst 2 when I was 16 and I've owned it since (4 years) bought it pretty much stock in okay condition and have been changing things one thing after another since, a few things of many done are

Bc coilovers
8j wide front, 9j wide rear wheels wrapped in yoki advan semi slicks.
Pretty much resprayed most of the car
Leather seats/Omp wheel.
Wilwood BBK 4 pot caliper fronts with supra TT Discs and braided lines.
Gen 3 3sgte full drive train swap fully rebuilt with forged internals

And heaps of other little changes

Got a few more plans for the car still that I'll post through this thread as I'm doing them until I can relax and leave the car as is!

I will post up some more details on engine built specs, and better photos at a later date

Your rims suit the car perfectly, good choice. Look forwards to more details and seeing you on a run. You must be close to getting your opens and being able to drive this...

Thanks guys. Will keep everyone updated on mods, I'm able to drive it on p plates legally as I hold a ABN and run my own business so it somehow passes as a work car making it fully legal even though it's an "overpowered vehicle"

Hey mate can't remember the offset of the top of my head as it was some time ago, maybe +35? 8" wide front 9" wide rears,
Tyres are 235/35 rear and 215/35 advan semi slicks, going to go abit more aggressive with rear tyre size on my next set

Well after not having my car for around 8 months during the build I have finally got it back drove it home from the tuners last night and it feels great, (cars on a extremely tame run in tune for a 1000k's or so)
Now that I have the car back I can update the thread more often and share it with you guys in more depth as well, now to start ticking off all the small little things to do

And here I thought it was black! Looks great in that colour and a relief to be at the tuning stage.

Been a while since i’ve Posted here, have had the car on jack stands for 5 months in my garage custom doing pretty much everything with some mates.
The car is now running a link g4+ ecu with flex fuel (e85-98)
Boot mount cooler setup with twin fans, watersprayer and a scoop under the car to get the air in (intake temp hasn’t exceeded 30c yet)
Running a gtx3582 with a .63 rear housing so it spools up quick thanks to falcons creations in America, can’t recommend him and his products enough!

After a long 5 months she was finally ready for the dyno and we made 240RWKW because I maxed out my top feed 850cc injectors at 14psi

All that’s left to do is upgrade to some 1500cc top feeds so we can make well over 300+kw hopefully and maybe put a set of cams in it, does anyone on here have any experience with different cam setups that work well for that power goal?
