BOV shagged (Perth)
Hi all :)
I wonder if you guys can help ... I have a 1990 GT and the SARD RS BOV was really old it also came with Trust piping and intercooler...BOV was causing issues .. was making car running rich and wandering idle.
It would not adjust from soft or hard stalls
Anyway I took the BOV off and the threads on the Spline with the spring and the lock nut just shat itself
As I said I have a trust hot pipe ... now I don't know how these things work as such and I'm no seasoned mechanic but I'm guessing not all BOV will fit the hot pipe ? What do I need obviously a new BOV .. and can any adapters fit the hot pipe? Are they a standard size? Or do I need to get a new hot pipe too?
Any guidance help would be appreciated
