    There's kouki (late model) tails and centre garnish and Zenki (early model) tail lights with the honeycomb rectangular centre.
     
    What are you referring to when you say AU delivered cut out to fit?

    The early Zenki 'square' center garnish can be 'made' to fit the later model Kouki round taillights if you like that look.
    I have the early model garnish cut to fit the later model lights if someone wants to buy it. (Just the center garnish)  
    The pic shows it fitted to my car. 
    I can't remember how I mounted it, but it might need a couple of brackets made to fit it.
     
    I ended up replacing it with the stock garnish.
