Slave cylinder leaking

Slave cylinder leaking would that clutch to slip.shifting gears are fine

    No. It would effect clutch disengagement (less effective potentially), wouldn't suspect it would effect clamping.

    Pretty much if it's leaking it won't hold pressure so it wouldn't let it go in years, or if it does it will only be a short window a time that it will.

    If it's got air same thing, pedal will go to the floor, if you're lucky and not too much air it will compress.

    Sounds like clutch issues.

    I would suggest its a clutch issue also, before you go any further, check the adjustment at the pedal is fully maxed out, if not adjust, it might give you a little more life out of your existing clutch.
