Opinions on turbo prices

Hi guys, interested in seeing others views on sw20 prices.
What people would pay for a clean Na and turbo.
Early models to late, modded to stock, high to low klms.
Been looking at 20s for a while now and ive seen cheap, reasonable, and from what i would call over priced.

I would expect to pay at least $8k upwards for a good clean gen 1-2 turbo model. Add an extra $3-5k for a gen 3 upwards.
Unfortunately very hard to find nowadays.
Ull find plenty for that price and above but the key is finding a good one. Loads of really poor / maintained / tired examples out there though.
