MCM Nats
(Admin move or remove if this is the wrong place for it)
A couple of the newcastle members are planning a trip to mcm nats if anyone wants to join us either on the cruise down or just meet up at mcm nats
The details are as follows:
Date: 2/4/16
Time: 6:00am Sharp
Place: Outback Jacks Glendale (https://goo.gl/maps/6vwZ7Vduxqo)
We aim to leave as early as we can and hit the F3/M1 via Edgeworth then cruise down to Eastern Creek at a leisurely 100 for the p platers. A 2 way radio isn't necessary but feel free to bring one. We'll also all stop if someone needs help or got stuck at a set of lights. Do please familiarise yourself with the route to the drag strip as its likely a large group will be separated in Sydney traffic although we'll try our very best. (Stolen from Matts forum post on mcm)
Easy way to look out for us is a red sdub, a white supercharged adub, and a yellow swift sport (have to drive the gf's car as mine is still being put back together)

Thanks for sharing this here Nate. I'm definitely coming and I'm really happy to see some other dubs joining in. While I won't be dragging due to the state of my box I may try my hand at motorkhana. Knightrous it would be great to catch up but the day gets very busy so I'll try my best to come down and say hi while you're in the line up or something. MCM Nationals basically filled the hole left behind when Top Gear Festival cancelled in 2015. It was pretty short notice last time and a bajillion people from all over Australia and overseas turned up. I can only assume this year is going to be insanely packed.
Looking forward to testing my new LSD and chopping Jaemus' 15.1 pass :)

Hahaha, don't believe any hype. The car will be lucky to get a wash to take the tree leaves/sap off the faded paint work and if I'm lucky, I might get to tighten up the broken engine mount. If I can beat Jaemus' 15.1, then it will have at least set a good time.
