10in1 LCD Gauge, Oil & Water Temp, Boost, EGT, Fuel & Oil Pressure (Bris)

Got a few of these Defi replicas in, testing them out to see if they are a good fit to bundle with the wideband sensors I also plan to sell. To make it cost effective shipping wise to sample them I had to order a few. These are going round atm for $250, got 4 of them here to sell for $199 each.
 
They are a pretty bloody nice looking package for the price, the temp sensors have the wires epoxyed into the sensor and the wires look to have a heat resistant braid over them, really nice. The Map sensor, FP & OP sensors also look nice and sturdy, have solid plugs on them as well. Since these have been floating around for a little while there has been a few people test them out and reports are they are accurate and quality is good.
 
I needed to see this for myself hence getting the samples, also I needed to run them on my wideband kits to see the response and that they supported the output from the wideband correctly.

Along with the included sensors, it can also display Volt from the battery line and RPM, think for RPM you just use pickup off your coils. It also supports input from Wideband or Narrow band sensors. So if you have a wideband in your car you can also connect it’s analog output to the ZD gauge to display it on there.
 
Says it supports speed input, but I imagine this would have to come from an ECU, then again not many people would want a speed readout on a gauge like this anyway.

So you hit record and it will record all sensors and warnings triggered for a period of 3min which you can replay later.

Yeah manufacturing costs for these kind of gauges is really coming down. The race dashes i am looking at as well will sell for around $370.

Do they come with any kind of warranty?

Gauge: 9.64cm wide, 6.15cm high
Screen: 5.18cm wide, 2.67cm high

Once I have completed testing of these units and I am happy with everything I will be ordering the widebands. The bundle should be going for around $385 to $395, depends on the AUD and shipping costs etc. Can’t give an ETA on widebands right now, but within the next two weeks I will have a better idea.
 
The widebands are a really good kit as well, uses bosch 4.9 sensors.
 
There is a couple of things I learned today with the gauges I want to see if I can get sorted. As of right now it displays volt, AFR, boost, fuel pressure and EGT on the first screen. There is no way to change that, oil pressure, oil temp and water temp are on a second menu you can select.
 
I want to see if they can make a firmware change where it’s possible to select what displays on menu screen one. If not, I have a mate I can send to which can dump the firmware and see if we can write a custom firmware for them so we can make it so people can change what it displays on each different menu.
 
The way they are setup now is not a deal breaker, there is the alarm setup so if you are on menu 1 and can’t see oil and water temp if they get hot an alarm will go off. But I would really like it so people could have boost, afr, oil & water temp, oil pressure and EGT on a single screen.
 
Overall though, from the testing I did today, I am really impressed. The AFR and Boost refresh rates are terrific.
