Outlet -12AN male
I bought this several years ago from EMS powered, i know some people have, lets say, had some issue with them over in the past, and i believe they are no longer around, however obviously he did not make this pump, simply use to sell them.
I made up a custom aluminium bracket for it to mount in the front bonnet area, on the passenger side chassis rail, it bolts up to 2 existing threads and 1 existing stud, this bracket was welded the the thick end plate on the pump, so the pump can still be unbolted from the bracket, and has a -12AN fitting welded to it, the outlet has a -12 ORB i believe fitting which i have a -12 ORB to -12AN adapter in there, so both inlet and outlet are -12AN.
This fits in the location with the coolant pipe ect there but im not sure if you can fit a spare wheel in etc, i think the factory stud i used (can see behind the black pump motor itself) was used for the spare wheel guard frame thing, so i assume that cant be used, but anyone not running a spare wheel this will be perfect fit.
It doesnt have to be mounted in the front bonnet, can be mounted on any flat surface, ie in the boot, wheel arch etc, or the bracket can always be cut up and modified.
I have only powered up the pump once, which was recently, to test the current draw, had it pumping some clean water from a bucket, apart from that running for 3-5 minutes max, has not be used!
Does not come with that Deutsch Autosport connector shown here
Unbolted it from the base today, yep still very clean inside. Checked the seals, little rubber grease
Bolted back together
As i had to remove my Deutsch Autosport connector, fitted a standard connector back on so crimped these pins on
Comes with a wiring loom with relay & fuse holder etc
Price new (less bracket i made and fittings) was i believe $199 USD + shipping ($277 AUD + shipping at todays crap exchange rate)
Selling: $145
Pickup from Doreen, Victoria or can post at buyers cost (id say around $15 for postage with signature on delivery)
