Do you want the intercooler fan shroud or engine lid fan shroud?
 
Anthony, which intercooler shroud did you want, just the block off shroud or the fan shroud?
 
Just as an aside incase anyone did not know.  You need the turbo engine lid with raised grill to run the engine lid fan shroud. The raised sections gives you an area to house the fans, otherwise, they would have to be on the engine side of the shroud and wouldn't be terribly cosmetically pleasing.

Anyone who hasn't specifically stated no MR2 logo, I assume you want the shroud with Logo.  I hope your all serious as I will be getting quoted for quantity required plus maybe 1 extra of each.  The laser cutting mob has the ****s with me at the moment because my last order I changed quantity three times.  If I do this again this time they will definitely jack the price up I suspect.

Got quote back.  This is what I can do.
 
9 inch fan shroud, $60
Engine lid fan shrouds, $170
Intercooler block of shroud, $25
 
Powdercoating at cost, will determine this once the parts are fabricated.  Its been a while (probably 5 years) since I last used the powdercoater, but used to cost around $30 per engine lid fan shroud.
 
50% deposit required to secure your order.  Deposit required by 29/07/15 to secure your order.  Sooner deposits are in, sooner I can place the order though.  I am getting an extra two of each item cut just incase.  Any payments/purchases made after this date will attract additional expense.  Price will rise to $70, $190 and $35 respectively after this date.
 
Remainder (plus powder coating costs if applicable) payable upon completion.
 
Laser cutter lead time is 4 working days from order.  All fan shrouds require post processing on my behalf which will probably add another 1-2 weeks.  Powder coating will probably require another week.
