Inconsistent Idle

After having a Greddy boost controller & HKS fuel cut defender installed my idle is quite irregular. 
 
- If I change from 1st to 2nd, when I clutch in the revs don't drop
- Sometimes in other gears when I clutch in the revs won't drop (until I blip the accelerator)
- Sometimes drops too low and bogs when I try to just inch forward in 1st (traffic situation). I have to end up revving it to keep it going. 
- Sometimes while driving the car will judder 
 
Help me diagnose this please! And why would it happen after the boost controller & FCD install?
